Digital products purchased from Elder Realms Studio are provided for download in the formats specified on each product page. Please review the product description, included files, and usage license before purchasing.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Payments are processed through the available payment methods shown during checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Digital products are generally available for download after successful payment. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact Elder Realms Studio for assistance.

If you experience technical issues, receive incorrect files, or believe a product does not match its description, please contact us. Refund requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

Each commission is individually quoted based on its complexity, scope, intended usage, and technical requirements. All deliverables, pricing, and estimated timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before production begins. Quotes remain valid for 14 days.

Commissions require either a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery, or full payment in advance. Payments are accepted through PayPal or Wise. Production begins once the initial payment and project details are confirmed.

Delivery timelines are established individually. Delayed payments or feedback exceeding three days may pause production and affect the estimated completion date.

Our commission process includes three stages: Sketch, Structure & Details, and Final Rendering. Each stage includes up to two rounds of revisions, with a combined allowance of up to 2 hours of revision work per stage.

Additional revisions, requests exceeding the included revision time, or significant changes to the approved briefing may require extra fees and production time. Corrections of errors made by the Studio are provided free of charge and do not count toward the included revision rounds or hourly allowance.

Final artwork is delivered digitally via email after project approval and full payment. Unless otherwise agreed, files are provided in PNG format. Editable source files are available for an additional fee.

For commissions cancelled by the Client after production has begun, the initial 50% of the agreed project price is generally non-refundable, as it covers reserved production time and work already undertaken.

Once the project reaches 50% completion, the remaining 50% of the project price also generally becomes non-refundable, reflecting the substantial work and resources already invested.

Any refund eligibility will be assessed based on the work completed, the circumstances of cancellation, and applicable law. These conditions do not limit the Client's mandatory legal rights or remedies in cases where the Studio fails to fulfill its contractual obligations.

Personal commissions may be used for non-commercial purposes within the agreed scope. Commercial usage, including publication in books, games, merchandise, or other monetized projects, requires a commercial license specified in the project agreement.

Exclusive licensing is available upon request for an additional fee.

Unless otherwise agreed, Elder Realms Studio may showcase commissioned artwork in its portfolio and social media, while respecting agreed confidentiality restrictions and publication embargoes.

Elder Realms Studio retains copyright ownership of its original artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or grant unrestricted commercial rights.

Commissioned artwork and purchased digital assets may not be used to train generative AI models or be distributed as NFTs without explicit written permission.

Clients retain ownership of their own original intellectual property and materials provided for the project.

Elder Realms Studio is an independent creative studio based in Brazil, specializing in fantasy cartography, illustration, and worldbuilding.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies. Updates will be published on this page with their effective date.

For existing commissions, the terms accepted at the time of the agreement will remain applicable unless both parties agree otherwise in writing, subject to applicable law.
